Many a time I think getting the topic of getting Rich overnight is hyped. If everyone would turn millionaire or billionaire then the system of the country cannot operate or sustain. It may be a good business for motivational speaker but in reality, any thriving hot business needs right from the bottom workers to top management CEOs. I believe that people generally believe that the company won't sustain without the CEO but workers are too important. I see that uneven gap of Rich and Poor is increasing and the way some businesses pocket out too high-profit margins and others are left out. Many manufacturers don't get proper margins but those who just market it gets the whole pie. This capitalist mindset is the reason because of which we see depression or downtrend in the markets too often. Technology has been a game-changer in the last two decades and in the World of Financial Planning, ESG Investing is the new trend. But these are also basic rules which if followed honestly we can create good wealth for everyone. We need great Wealth Managers not only creating wealth for them but for everyone. We need affordable products for everyone and also the wealth gap should be reduced.
